Critics are loud.

They're compelling. They take up space. They'll tell you what you're doing wrong, what you should be doing instead, how they'd fix it if you'd just listen.

But most of them haven't put their own work out there.

They're hiding it away while throwing shade on yours. Perfection, procrastination, limiting beliefs. All the things you got over once you started showing up. They haven't started yet.

So what do you say to them?

Nothing.

Ignore. Delete. Close the tab.

Their way might work. Yours will too. But yours is yours.

Every time you find yourself swayed by what someone else thinks, stop. Trust yourself.

They can help, but they are not you. They don't know anything about you.

They're not in your arena.

You're on the stage. They're in the stalls. The spotlight is so bright you can't even see them.

Critique is welcome. Just verify first. Because if you never listened to another podcast, read another book, or took any more advice, you and your intuition would do absolutely fine.

You got this.
