Being prepared for the unknown and the unknowable is one of the underlying philosophies of CrossFit.

During training or a competition, you could be tested on any aspect of fitness (speed, strength, endurance, technique), and the winner is whoever performs the best.

Entrepreneurship is the same game.

There’s no dress rehearsal.

You don’t know exactly what’s on the exam.

Theory and practice papers will only take you so far.

That’s why experience matters. That’s why curiosity separates. That’s why putting in the reps across multiple areas is important.

The more you prepare for every eventuality, the better equipped you are to handle whatever is thrown at you.
