Everything I know about living well, right now.* They work for me. They might work for you.
- Be more you
Know yourself. Your quirks, your preferences, your Myers-Briggs, star/moon/rising signs, human design. Everything. Know exactly who you are and how you operate.
Once you know who you are, accept who you are. Work the operating system you were gifted with. If you're weird, be weird online. If you're bossy, be a boss. Tall, play basketball. How could you really use your ace cards?
- Dig into your triggers
Whenever you get angry or sad, ask why. Be honest with yourself about what's really underneath. Dig into it. Ask the uncomfortable questions.
When you get to the true cause, unpack it. Work through the reason. Then let it go. Soon, nothing can trigger you. You become invincible. When was the last time something irked you?
- Be in insane physical shape
Having a great business and neglecting health isn't success. Not being able to freely move once you hit a certain age is a terrible way to exist. And it's optional. So take the option to get in shape.
The personal brands of the future will be demigods. With so many people you could follow, you want to follow the people whose lives, physiques, careers you want for yourself. Does the mirror reflect your best physical form?
- Don't think before you speak
Censoring yourself is poisonous. If what you really feel and think gets brushed under the carpet, it will bubble up inside you and manifest in different ways. Disease, outbursts of anger, or unexplained periods of sadness.
Comedian Ricky Gervais had a rule growing up: "If it's funny, you have to say it." When you are surrounded by people who accept the real you, you can be the real you. Speak your truth, no matter what. Is your filter set too low?
- Ruthlessly cut
Most people don't achieve the highest expression of themselves as a human being for one stupid reason: they're too busy. They let anyone book into their calendar, they say yes to things that are 7/10 at best.
They fill walks with podcasts, evenings with Netflix, and conversations with small talk. There's no space for the unknown and no room for magic. So it never arrives. How much of your schedule could you cancel?
- See their highest version
In the film Shallow Hal, Hal is hypnotised into seeing everyone's true inner beauty. He treats them as their most accomplished, happy, beautiful selves. And that's who they become.
Cheerlead everyone you love. Be their safe space. See their highest potential. They show up as that person. They expand before your eyes. Who doesn't know you're their biggest fan?
- Live in the end
You don't need to chase, hustle, and grind to get what you want. There's a simpler way. "Instead of trying to get what you want," said Neville Goddard. "Every night as you lay down to sleep, assume you already have it."
When you feel the feeling of having everything you want, your subconscious mind assembles ways to make it happen. The next steps become clear, and you have no problem taking action. Lack of motivation is a lack of belief. What's missing for you?
