Stop.
Too many things for one brain to hold. Fuzzy mess ensues. We drop the ball. We get headaches. We feel too busy and we use that banned word... "overwhelmed."
There's another way.
Make your rules for life. Then stick to them.
Take decision making out of the equation.
Be creative, be human, get in flow. Operate within the parameters a former version of you made. The most switched-on, smartest one that exists.
