People overcomplicate self-confidence.

They think it's this thing they could never have. They think you have to work to get it.

But it's easy.

Here's how to get insane levels of self-confidence in two easy steps:

  1. Every time you think something nice about someone, tell them.

Be liberal with your compliments, give them out. Don't expect anything back; just say what you think.

If someone looks nice, tell them.
If you think someone did well, tell them.
If you admire how they handled something, tell them.

Give out a compliment every hour. Give compliments out to people who would never expect to receive them. Especially people who would never expect to receive them.

  1. Whenever you get a compliment, remember it.

Write it down. Believe it. Internalise it.

Think back to all the compliments you gave out. You meant them. The person who's complimenting you means it too.

The more you give them out, the more you get them back.

The more you start to believe that you're actually pretty good. The more you walk around as someone with self-confidence.

The higher your baseline level of self-belief.
